P4 Personal Statement

So far throughout my musical career I have focused on a wide range of genres instead of sticking to just one and mastering it. I have had a few favourites but never one that I would confidently say I am best at. My personal target for this is to stick heavily to the roots of our set genre (funk) throughout the entire performance and setlist. This will help me with committing to a certain feel for an extended amount of time as well as constantly applying similar fills and styles in my playing.
